Ways of Dispatch

You can pick up your order by choosing either ELTA Courier or BoxNow locker! Below you can see in detail how to ship our products with whichever delivery method you choose.

1. Place your order and choose your shipping method

2. You will receive a confirmation email for your order

3. Your order will be shipped by the method you selected

4. Pick up your order from the locker or courier.

Product Returns

Herbalife Nutrition products are backed by a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. However, if you wish to return the products you have received, then you must notify us either by email at info@herbalbox.gr or by phone.

If you wish to return a product you can do so within 14 calendar days of receipt. The refund will be made after checking the quality of the packaging and the product. The cost of return is borne by the customer. Returns are only accepted if the products are undamaged, in their original condition and have not been used.

Products will not be accepted for return which:

their packaging has been tampered with and/or tampered with and/or partially or totally destroyed,
have been partially used,
are not accompanied by proof of purchase and the original packaging.

The purchase cost of the products (excluding transport costs if incurred) will be refunded to a bank account indicated by the customer.
